Terms and Conditions

Please Read Carefully
  • Please review the following Terms & Conditions thoroughly. Your signature below confirms your understanding and acceptance of these legally binding terms.
    • Non-Refundable Fees:
  • Course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except if the course is discontinued by the Shikshakdwar Learning Credo LLP. If a candidate cannot complete the course for any reason, the course fee is forfeited.
    • Cancellation:
  • Registration cannot be canceled after payment. The fee is non-refundable, and the management's decision is final.
    • Re-registration:
  • If a candidate fails to complete the course within the designated time frame without valid notification, their registration will be treated as canceled. To resume the program, the candidate must re-register and pay an additional fee of $75 USD or ₹6750 INR (as applicable) for a grace period of sixty days.
    • Payments:
  • Only 100% Payments are accepted in our account for the course selected by the Aspirants. Access will be given after the receipt of payment. No extensions will be granted for time lost.
  • If any installment payment plan is needed, kindly discuss with your banker, if payment is delayed by banker, To regain access, the candidate must re-register and pay an additional fee of $80 USD or ₹6990 INR (as applicable), in addition to the outstanding installment.
    • Assignment Submission:
  • All Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) must be submitted online. Term End Assignments must be emailed to the academic coordinator's designated email address.
    • Registered Email Address:
  • The email address provided at the time of admission will be used for all correspondence. Any email address changes must be immediately communicated to the academic coordinator. Assignments submitted from an unregistered email address may not be accepted without prior notice. The academic coordinator will inform you if an assignment needs to be resubmitted.
    • Evaluation Time:
  • The Institute requires a minimum of 10–15 business days to evaluate Term End Assignments.
    • Certification:
  • Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of all assignments. Requests for certificates before all phases are completed will not be honored. Certificate processing and dispatch will take approximately 3–4 weeks after the final assignment submission.
    • Course Duration:
  • The course duration for each program is clearly stated on the website. Requests to extend the course duration will not be granted.
    • Application and Applicant Background Information:
  • All information provided during admission must be accurate and truthful. Contact information, including telephone number, email address, and postal address, must be provided.
  • The name provided on the application form will appear on the certificate and cannot be changed. The email address is also unchangeable and will be used for all communication. Any changes to the postal address must be immediately communicated to the SHIKSHAKDWAR LEARNING CREDO LLP, contact person via email.
    • Disclaimer:
  • Completing this course does not qualify candidates to open clinics, engage in clinical practice, or represent themselves as psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, or Special Educators.
    • Information, Electronic Correspondence, and Brochure:
  • While information provided in electronic correspondence (including websites) and printed materials is believed to be accurate, it is subject to errors, changes, omissions, course availability, or withdrawal of special offers without notice. Applicants are responsible for contacting an official SHIKSHAKDWAR LEARNING CREDO LLP representative for updates, as course offerings and terms are subject to change without notice.
  • All official correspondence will be conducted via email unless otherwise indicated by the applicant on the application or in writing.
  • Shikshakdwar Learning Credo LLP is an equal opportunity educational, training, and teaching institution that encourages diversity among applicants, trainees, trainers, and staff.
    • Tutor Support:
  • Tutor support is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM IST. During these hours, evaluations, access issues, and queries will be addressed promptly. From 5:30 PM to 7.30 PM IST, support is available via WhatsApp for queries only. Course access and evaluations will not be conducted outside of office hours.
  • On Saturdays, evaluations and access are available only during the first half of the day. Queries will be handled via WhatsApp only.
  • The office is closed on Saturdays & Sundays.
  • Assignment feedback will be provided within 24 hours during weekdays. Assignments submitted on weekends will be addressed on Monday morning.
